The register

The reading bench
Paste a provision, say what you read it to do, and the engine prints what follows from that reading — including the fact nobody supplied.
Both are open, need no account, store nothing, and are not legal advice. The register leads into the bench: open an act and the bench arrives knowing it.
What this is
X-Protocols is a product: a business publishes what is true about itself, the registry signs it, and AI systems read it. X-Labs is where questions next to that product get investigated and written up — including the ones that end in "this does not work".
Every piece states its type, its author, when it was published, which version you are reading, and where each claim came from.

Can a system say what applied to a case on a given date in a named jurisdiction, show where that came from, and name what is still missing instead of guessing it?
A worker, or the lawyer, accountant or inspector advising them, gets the bound the law actually fixes and a named list of what is still missing, instead of reconstructing it by hand from gazette issues or being handed a confident number.

What a legal rule said on a given date, in Bosnia and Herzegovina
A proposal, and the survey of official sources that argues against most of it. Bosnian drafting rules require two separate dates on every act; outside Brčko a consolidated current text is not an official act; and the practical question people ask is answered not by a number but by naming which documents and which facts are still missing.

A first working version of the legal engine
X-Protocols already refuses to turn "we do not hold that" into "no". We built a separate engine that applies the same refusal to Bosnian law, and asked it how much annual leave a worker gets. It answers with the floor the statute fixes, the three documents that decide the rest, and the facts nobody supplied.

May Bosnian legal text be republished?
Official texts of Bosnian legislation carry no copyright, so the text of a law may be republished. The constraint that remains is the database maker's right, which protects somebody's collection even when every document in it is free - and that is what decides how a corpus here has to be built.

Aldin Smajkan, working alone. There is no research team, no institutional affiliation and no university partnership behind this page, and nothing published here has been through peer review. If that changes, this paragraph changes with it.
Nothing here is a product announcement, and nothing here is a commitment to build anything. A proposal is labelled a proposal.
Corrections and withdrawals
Every article carries its type, its author, the date it was published and the version you are reading. A correction is not made quietly: the article keeps its address, gains a version number, and carries a dated line saying what changed.
A withdrawn article keeps its address too, and says that it was withdrawn and why. Nothing here is deleted, because a link that stops resolving leaves every citation of it lying.
