While your agency subscription is active, every business you manage is served at Scale, whatever plan it holds itself, and pays nothing directly for that time:
Bought directly, Scale costs €149/month for each business. On every plan here, each client costs you less than that.
If the subscription lapses, each business goes back to its own plan. Nothing is deleted.
Nothing is charged when you create the workspace. You start the subscription from Plan & billing once it is set up, and our payment provider shows the total with tax before you confirm.
The largest plan, Agency 100, holds 100 clients. For a bigger roster, write to support@x-protocols.com.
Free never asks for one. A payment method is required to start a paid plan. Nothing is charged for 1 month.
Your first payment is taken 1 month after you register, on the plan you chose, at the price shown against it. Cancel at any point before that date and nothing is charged at all. We email 14 and 3 days before that first payment, so it never arrives unannounced. If no payment method was added, the account moves to the free plan on that date instead: nothing is charged and nothing is deleted.
Yes. A business without a website proves it is yours with documents we review instead of a domain record, and it is published with exactly the same standing. That works on every plan.
A record is one thing you publish: one service, one product, one menu item, whichever kinds your business uses. Your business details and your locations are not records. A query is one question an AI system asks your published information through our query service. Each one counts once, whether it is answered or reported as not covered; visits to your public page are not queries. On Free and Starter, new queries past the monthly limit are refused until the next period starts. Growth keep answering past it, and nothing is charged for that today.
Moving up goes through checkout and applies once our payment provider confirms it; your free period is not restarted. Moving down never deletes anything: records and locations above the new limit stay published, you just cannot add more until you are under it, and features the new plan does not include stop working. Moving to the free plan cancels a paid subscription with our payment provider.
No. We publish your information so AI systems can read it and cite it accurately, but each assistant decides for itself what to recommend. A plan buys capacity and features, not a ranking or a place in anyone’s answer.
