Sample businesses, invented for this page. Your roster shows your own clients, with these same statuses.

Access, work, evidence.

  1. Add or request access

A business nobody has claimed yet is yours to manage the moment you add it. One that already has an owner here gets a request instead — they approve it from their own dashboard, and until they do, nothing about their business changes.

  2. Review and publish

Every client opens in the screens its own owner would use. The roster marks what is unfinished — authority not proven, no records published, profile not set up, a query ceiling coming up — so the work comes off a list instead of out of memory.

  3. Report what changed

Produce a report for any period and hand it to the client: what is published, and, separately, what was asked of it. From Agency 15 upwards it carries your agency’s logo, colour and footer instead of ours.

Press Manage, and you are working in their business.

Not a copy of it, and not a form that sends changes somewhere to be applied later. The session acts for that client: what you publish is what their public page serves, and what you import lands in their records.

  • A bar stays on every screen naming the business you are acting for, with the way back on it — so no edit is ever made to the wrong client because a tab was left open.
  • Leaving a client with unsaved changes asks first: save, discard, or stay. The form is never carried across to the next one.
  • Access ends the moment the client ends it. Their own dashboard has the control, and it takes effect on your very next request — not at your next sign-in.

A report the client can read without you in the room.

One document, for a period you choose, in two halves that are never added together. A single score out of the two would look like a result and would not be one.

What is published

The state of the business itself, as it stands on the day the report is made.

  • How many information items are published
  • Whether authority to publish has been accepted, and on what basis
  • The public address the information is served at

What happened

The period’s activity, kept separate — and each kind of evidence stated as its own line rather than rolled up.

  • Requests received, and how many had an answer the published information supported
  • Which machines read it
  • What a tested AI service actually answered
  • What is still open on the next-steps list

From Agency 15 upwards, the mark at the top, the section rules and the footer are your agency’s — never both yours and ours on the same page.

One subscription, however many clients it holds.

The rungs differ in one thing: how many client businesses your roster holds. Every one of them is served at Scale while your subscription is active, whatever plan it holds itself, and pays nothing directly for that time.

Consent, ownership and who pays

Do we need the client’s permission?

For a business that already has an owner here, yes, and there is no way around it: you send a request, they approve it from their own dashboard, and nothing about their business is reachable to you until they do. A business nobody has claimed — one you add yourself — is yours to manage immediately, because there is nobody whose consent is being skipped.

Who owns the client’s information?

The business does. Managing it does not make it yours, and handing it over is not an export: you invite the owner to claim the business they already have, and it carries on with its records, its address and its history intact, under their own sign-in.

Can a client end it?

At any time, from their own dashboard, without asking you and without contacting us. It takes effect on your very next request rather than at your next sign-in, and nothing is deleted on the way out — their records stay published exactly as they were.

What happens when we stop managing a client?

It is a transition, not a deletion: for 14 days the business stays exactly as it was, still served at Scale, with time to decide, and then it picks a plan of its own. Nothing is withdrawn while that runs, and nothing is deleted at the end of it.

Who pays — us or the client?

You do, for the agency subscription, and it is the only invoice involved: while it is active the businesses you manage pay nothing directly. If it lapses, each of them goes back to its own plan rather than going dark. A rung caps how many clients your roster holds, never what any one of them can do.

Start with one client.

Add a business, or ask an owner for access, and see the roster with something real on it. Nothing is charged when you create the workspace.
